We are Nick and Rachel, a husband and wife team making artisan sausage in Fort Worth, Texas. We make small batches of sausage using all natural pork shoulder and as many locally sourced ingredients as are available.  We make all of our own seasonings, and even grow some of the herbs that we use! All of our sausage recipes are our own, and we strive to use our experience making sausage and our love of great food to make the best sausage for you!

Our sausages are made with simple ingredients using traditional sausage making methods.  We do not add nitrates, chemicals or preservatives, corn syrup, gluten, wheat, starch, MSG, or soy to any of our products.
